Shoulder and Neck Sequence

I hope this sequence helps with chronic tightness and imbalance in the shoulders and neck. The beginning postures with the hands and arms into the wall can be done standing. I was practicing on my knees due to the space 🙂 Please ask any questions, share and comments and practice to your hearts content!
